Pretty much. We keep telling the boys this isn’t real life. That will be very clear as we slam ourselves back to our real world.

That’s how we felt coming back after Florida. Made me reconsider the whole idea of warm locale trips in winter.
I still wouldn’t give up the warm trip, but the return is definitely hard.
We called home this morning from Modesto and heard they had 3 inches of snow! Thank goodness as we hit Weed it was sunny (windy, but sunny) and the roads were fine. Brrrr cold, and even though it was not as warm as where you were, I am now freezing sitting in my living room wishing I had a few more days of warmth and sunshine.
Not easy to come home to….
